This is my 25th year of teaching 1st grade at Alcoa Elementary School! In addition to my school family, I live with my husband and son. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher! I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Tennessee and completed my internship right here at AES. I went back to school in 2016 and earned my Educational Specialist degree. The thing I love best about teaching is getting to know my students and watching them grow and learn throughout the year!
